In this role, you will assist with various tasks on construction sites, including site preparation, loading and unloading materials, and providing support to skilled tradespeople such as carpenters, electricians, and plumbers. Responsibilities also include operating basic tools and machinery, maintaining a clean and organized work environment, and ensuring safety protocols are followed at all times.
No prior construction experience is necessary, as on-the-job training will be provided. We are looking for individuals who are physically capable of performing demanding labor tasks, such as lifting heavy materials and working outdoors in various weather conditions. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, be a team player, and show a willingness to learn new skills.
