The ideal candidate must be proficient in reading construction drawings, have advanced Excel and computer skills, possess strong business acumen, and demonstrate excellent communication abilities. Experience in steel construction, Bluebeam, and Spanish is a plus.
The successful candidate will excel at identifying critical questions, providing effective solutions, and guiding our drafting, fabrication, and field teams to meet customer requirements and deliver successful projects.
