Description Robert Half is seeking a Billing Clerk with strong organization skills. Based in the Houston, Texas area, this is a long-term contract / temporary Billing Clerk opportunity. This Billing Clerk position will require the candidate to review bills and perform data entry into spreadsheets and accounting software. We are looking for someone who has excellent analytical skills and enjoys working in a challenging and fast-paced environment to support the continued success of the organization for this Billing Clerk role.What you get to do every single day
Institute financial procedures and controls
Function side-by-side with other teams to achieve data quality and consistency
Examine, evaluate, and process invoices or bills for services rendered
Analyze billing documents and other data for accuracy and completeness, obtain missing or correct data when necessary Requirements - Excellent communication and organizational skills
Data entry, document management, file creation and previous records experience required
Efficient in spreadsheets, internet applications and ERP systems
Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance
Expertise in Enter Invoices
Open Invoice experience
Proficiency in Ariba
Solid understanding of billing
1+ years of experience in a related role
