Bachelor of Science or advanced degree from an accredited university in Electrical/Electronic Engineering with 10yrs+ in Electronic and PCB Design experience.
Engineering process, including participation in the concept, analysis, simulation, design, drawing, assembly, integration, troubleshooting, and testing of complex electrical, electromechanical, and automated/robotic systems.
High level hands on experience using test equipment and shop tools (Scopes, Meters, Programmers, Logic Analyzers)
Experience developing circuit simulation models and analyze the simulation outputs to drive solutions.
Commensurate experience will be considered.
Job Responsibilities:
Lead effective engagement with technical and non-technical customers and partners to generate feedback for product improvements from targeted experiments, pilots and proof-of-concepts.
Interpret and decompose customer feedback and testing data into actionable technical requirements that may bridge disciplines, and coordinate with technical personnel from across the company and around the world.
Work within a multi- disciplined teams to define system level architecture and technically lead execution of developments across the company.
Given incomplete, high-level requirements for a system or subsystem of moderate complexity, generate proper designs and work to complete tasking with latitude to make decisions under minimal supervision individually and in a teamwork environment.
Exercise excellent technical judgement, creativity, and initiative with attention to detail consistently throughout your work product, with awareness of the "system" perspective.
Prepare and participate in regular design reviews.
Responsible and accountable for your results, working with considerable autonomy, but also knowing when to ask for assistance.

Electronic Design: Embedded/Microcontrollers, Communications (Ethernet, SPI, I2C, 232/485, etc), Digital Logic, Analog Design (both Board Level Power Supply Design/distribution and instrumentation/signal conditioning, ADC12-24bit, DAC, 0-20mA, low-noise, etc), High Power (both and up to current60Amps and voltage800V).
