We specialize in delivering high-quality data solutions to a diverse set of clients.Job Description: We are seeking an experienced ETL Informatica Developer to design and develop scalable ETL processes and Data Warehouses (EDW) using tools such as Microsoft SQL Server, Oracle, Netezza, and Informatica. The role requires a strong understanding of Data Warehouse architecture, business intelligence systems, and the ability to work collaboratively with business users and technical teams.Key Responsibilities:

Project Delivery: Ensure projects are completed on-time, within budget, and meet client goals.

ETL Development: Implement best practices for data movement, quality, and cleansing. Adhere to local standards for all developed components.

Data Warehouse Management: Maintain multi-terabyte data warehouses with nightly updates within a team environment.

Repository Management: Manage ETL repositories, backups, and multi-project environments.

Code Management: Maintain common code libraries, manage code check-in/check-out procedures, and oversee all environments (Dev, System Test, Production).

Documentation: Document designs, develop data maps, ensure data quality, and conduct unit tests.

Collaboration: Participate in requirements, design, and development reviews. Engage with system component owners to understand current data and systems environments.

Data Analysis: Analyze source system data for quality, develop strategies for handling anomalies, and design ETL processes.

Informatica Utilization: Use Informatica for data extraction, transformation, and loading. Develop, test, integrate, and deploy ETL routines.

Support Role: Assist in administering and maintaining the ETL environment, including configuration management activities.

Problem Solving: Identify issues, propose solutions, and present recommendations to colleagues and management.

Requirements and Qualifications:

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Management Information Systems, Engineering, or related field.

Experience:

5+ years of business/technology work experience.

3+ years of hands-on experience with Informatica.

Experience with SQL Server, Oracle, MySQL, Netezza, and/or DB2; Teradata is a plus.

Working knowledge of BI architecture and data warehousing concepts.

Technical Skills:

Proficiency with Informatica tools (PowerCenter, PowerExchange, InformaticaCloud).

Familiarity with Data Quality Tools (Informatica Data Quality, Address Doctor, Identity Resolution).

Knowledge of Data Management Tools (Informatica MDM, Data Masking, Cloud MDM, Changed Data Capture).

Experience with Data Replication Tools (Database Archiving, Test Data Management, Fast Clone).

Abilities:
