No Job Details: Responsible for the deployment and ongoing support of the SAP FICO Processes in SAP. You will provide solutions to streamline operations and support business goals including configuration, end user support / training, troubleshooting issues, testing and documentation. In-depth knowledge of general accounting and SAP General Ledger GL, AP, AR, and FA, Banking and good knowledge of CO modules CCA, PCA. Solid understanding and experience of integrating SAP GL module with SAP modules like MM, SD, PM and FICO sub-modules Experience managing offshore /onshore teams and deliverables. Leading FICO projects and responsible for production support activities. Strong hands-on experience with SAP S4/Hana Cash Management, Bank Account Management, SAP Payment Formats, Bank Communication Manager, In House Cash and Treasury This position is responsible for the process design, configuration, requirement gathering and guiding custom development for SAP FI-CO, as well as integration touch points to other processes and systems This position would interface regularly with Business Stakeholders/Leadership, IT infrastructure & Development teams, and cross functional teams to ensure that business requirements are met through proper system configuration or development. Import and process Electronic bank statements (EBS) working with BAI2 file formats and ability to test end to end process Must have involved in optimizing bank details for wire payments, check lots, Positive pay, void reason codes, Lock Box process and clearing inter-company vendor/customer open items Defines solutions within SAP FI-CO to meet business requirements Creation of DMEE files and EBS setup with different Banks Develop training document and executing end user training. Create business process diagrams including business process procedures as necessary Serves as the subject matter expert for key SAP FI-CO processes within SAP as well as incoming and outgoing interfaces to SAP FI-CO Works with business to ensure mutual understanding on requirements are achieved For areas where configuration knowledge is required, perform detailed design and configuration of required system components Follow and improve delivery to operation support methodology, provide Level 2 and 3-production support and identify root causes to issues Translates business requirements into detailed design specifications Partners with development resources to provide detail functional specifications and field mapping documents for custom development and help to translate functional specifications into technical requirements Conducts design reviews and assists with the design and specification development. Maintain Bank Master Data according to S4 HANA Knowledge in PI setup with Bank and SAP in file transformation Understanding the business requirement of the organization. Configure Knowledge in G/L, A/P, A/R, Asset Accounting and Controlling. Knowledge in VIM and Serrala Processes. Knowledge on APP and EBS process. Validate the reports and requirements. Validate any changes in customize. Sort out day to day queries of end users. Attend meetings with the client. Functional testing and Integration Testing. Prepare End user training Document. Production support
