Those best qualified will have some restaurant experience, maybe have been a shift manager, ready for the next level. If you've received a HRM degree that is even better. You will need to pass the Food Managers Test eventually, and if you have it now, that is great.
Must be a people person, willing to do all it takes to make this business prosper. Yes, long hours, yes, good wages, and even PROFIT SHARING is in the package.
