New York Deli & Bagels accepting applications for an experienced baker.
Our bakers are required to prepare large quantities of Bagels and baked goods
General Responsibilities:
Prepare bakery items per customer requests using proper bakery equipment.
Keeping records related to inventory, deliveries, production levels and deadlines
Cleaning and restocking workstations and ensuring equipment is sanitized and prepared for following shift
Adhere to recipes and ensure smooth and safe operations
Help maintain a safe and sanitary kitchen
Ensure complete compliance with all food, safety and physical standards and policies
Food Handler Certification, required
Be able to reach, bend, stoop and frequently lift up to 50 pounds.
Be able to work in a standing position for long periods of time
Early Morning shifts
