Pelazzio Reception Venue is seeking a dedicated and reliable Dishwasher to help maintain our exceptional service standards. Key Responsibilities:
Dishwashing: Efficiently wash dishes, glassware, flatware, pots, and pans using dishwashers or by hand.
Maintenance: Keep kitchen work areas, equipment, and utensils in clean and orderly condition.
Storage: Place clean dishes, utensils, and cooking equipment in designated storage areas.
Trash Removal: Remove trash and place it in designated pickup areas.
Organization: Sort, stack, and carry clean dishes to the cook’s line and other storage areas.
Area Setup: Set up or break down the dishwashing area and clean and roll/unroll mats.
Equipment Management: Assemble and disassemble the dish machine and ensure all dish cleaning equipment and supplies are stocked properly.
Safety: Wipe up any spills to keep kitchen floors dry and safe.
Assistance: Assist kitchen staff with food preparation duties and fill in for the chef or cook when needed.
Sanitation: Clean and sanitize kitchen floors and tabletops and organize the wait staff area.
Closing Duties: Stay until all ballrooms are shut down and employees are ready to leave.
App Usage: Download and remain active on company apps (ZOHO Shifts & Telegram) for scheduling and communication.
