Job Title: Floor Support Staff/ Bar Back

Job Description:
Reset Rooftop Bar is looking for hardworking and reliable Floor staff to support our Waitress & Bartenders and ensure smooth bar/floor operations. As Floor Staff, you’ll be responsible for keeping the bar stocked, clean, and running efficiently during service. This is a fast-paced position that requires attention to detail, physical stamina, and a team-oriented mindset.
Responsibilities:
Restock mixers, and other table essentials throughout the shift
Maintain ice bins, glassware, straws, napkins at assigned tables
Assist waitress with bottle service signs, supplies, and backup inventory
Clean and organize tables, venue, including wiping down counters and removing trash
Ensure kegs, CO2 tanks, and soda lines are functioning properly
Assist with opening and closing duties as needed
Follow all health, safety, and alcohol service regulations
Qualifications:
Must be 18+ years old
Previous barback or restaurant experience preferred but not required
Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work on your feet for extended periods
Strong teamwork and communication skills
Ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays as needed
Positive attitude and willingness to learn
