About Bar Bludorn:
Chef Aaron, along with partners Cherif Mbodji and Victoria Bludorn, own and operate two of Houston's finest dining establishments, Bludorn and Navy Blue. Bludorn is the group's flagship restaurant in the Fourth Ward section of Houston's Montrose neighborhood. Following a decade working for legendary French chef Daniel Boulud in New York City, Aaron was lured to Houston (his wife, Victoria s hometown) by the welcoming spirit of Houstonians who embrace newcomers, especially in the culinary community.
Navy Blue is the groups' Seafood restaurant in the Rice Village neighborhood.
This is Chef Aaron, Victoria, and Cherif Mbodji's third restaurant in Houston located in the Memorial Villages.
