We are seeking a skilled part time closing bartender, 8pm-2am/closing, Wednesday through Saturday to join our team. Working as a key holder, your duties include greeting customers, taking orders, mixing and serving drinks, serving food, accepting payments, ensuring the bar is clean and closed properly. Our ideal candidate will have knowledge of drink mixing, strong communication skills, a polite and presentable manner, computer proficiency and pay excellent attention to detail.
Bar Staff Duties include but not limited to
Taking Orders
Mixing and serving alcoholic drinks
Serving food
Ensuring bar cleanliness and hygiene
Accurately taking payments
Re-stocking the bar
Satisfying requests and resolving complaints
Bar Staff Requirements
Organized and able to work under pressure.
Knowledge of mixing drinks
Able to make accurate financial transactions.
Experience with POS terminals
Conflict resolution skills
Positive, upbeat manner
TABC Certificate
Food Handlers Certificate
