Bilingual Event Coordinator/Venue Manager

Friday, Saturday and Sunday availability for work is a must

Bilingual (English-Spanish) is required

Pelazzio Reception Venue is looking for the next all-star to be a part of our team. Our facility hosts all types of extravagant events, including weddings, birthday milestones, nd corporate events. The purpose of our Event Manager position is to help our clients plan for their celebrations and then executing those plans on the day/night of. This position handles upgrade sales and the successful production of all events; by providing detailed planning guidance, event preparation, and the communication/management between all of our staff and vendors. Over-seeing facility and venue management.

This is an entry level position ideal for People who are looking to build a career in a fast pace event planning industry. Approximately 40-45 Hours per week.

Ideal candidates will have:

- Strong general computer skills, including windows, excel, CRM (ZOHO experience is a big plus +)

- Great written and communication skills (Bilingual is a big plus +)

- Great Customer Service and Energetic Attitude

- Must have a polished chic appearance

- Able to multi-task and work at a fast pace

- Able to perform under pressure and problem solve

- Able to work independently and follow task lists

- Ability to oversee/manage other employees and vendors

- Detail-oriented and pays close attention to detail

MUST be able to work flexible hours Weekend Evenings Required!
