Kitchen Staff (Cook, preps)
What You’ll Do:
Prep fresh produce and ingredients daily
Cook menu favorites: quesadillas, fajitas, tacos, enchiladas, sizzling skillets
Maintain food quality, portion control, and plating standards
Keep a clean, organized, and safe kitchen workspace
Requirements:
Prior experience in a fast-paced commercial kitchen is a plus
Strong work ethic, reliability & ability to thrive under pressure
Food handler certification (or willingness to obtain)
Flexible availability, including nights and weekends
Assistant Manager
Role Overview:
Support restaurant operations, from front-of-house coordination to staff management and inventory oversight.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise kitchen & dining teams during shifts
Ensure top-notch customer service and guest satisfaction
Train, motivate, and manage staff performance
Monitor food costs, inventory, and supply orders
Uphold sanitation and safety protocols (health inspections, OSHA standards)
Cover manager duties during absences
Qualifications:
2+ years in restaurant management (preferably Tex‑Mex / casual dining)
Strong leadership, communication & problem-solving skills
Familiarity with restaurant POS systems
Dedication to team development & guest experience
Must be available nights and weekends
