What You’ll Do
Keep the dish station clean, organized, and running smoothly throughout service.
Wash, sanitize, and properly store dishes, utensils, and kitchen tools.
Assist with basic prep work: washing, chopping, portioning, labeling, and organizing ingredients.
Support line cooks and chefs with setup, deliveries, and breakdown.
Maintain cleanliness and safety standards across all kitchen areas.
Jump in wherever needed — because teamwork makes the shift run right.
