About the Role: General Manager

Our restaurant managers are the heartbeat of our success! Reporting directly to the district manager, you'll

oversee the daily operations to ensure we consistently deliver outstanding guest experiences. You will inspire

and lead a team that is as passionate about serving great food as they are about providing top-notch

customer service. Seize the chance to mentor teams, manage profitability, all while taking part in industry

recognized training programs.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and motivate a talented team to reach sales goals, while fostering a high-energy and

encouraging environment.

Ensure successful implementation of corporate programs, driving excellence throughout the

restaurant.

Oversee financial responsibilities including budgeting, banking, and profitability analysis.

Uphold impeccable standards in sanitation, health, and security, ensuring all operations are in line

with regulatory guidelines.

What We Offer:

Annual Compensation: $45,000 - $60,000 plus performance bonuses.

What You Bring:

2+ years of food and beverage service industry management experience.

Bilingual strongly preferred.

A passion for excellent customer service and maintaining high-quality dining experiences.

Proficiency in restaurant operations, personnel management, food preparation, and sanitation

codes.

High school diploma or GED; food handler certification card required.

Strong ability to manage operational costs in alignment with budget directives
