Job Description:
We are seeking enthusiastic and hardworking Food Truck Crew Members who are presentable, articulate, and committed to delivering the best customer service. As a crew member, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring our customers have a memorable experience at Boss Bites. Your responsibilities will include:
Customer Service: Greet customers warmly, take orders efficiently, and ensure a friendly and positive interaction.
Food Preparation: Assist in preparing menu items according to Boss Bites’ quality and safety standards.
Cash Handling: Accurately process transactions using our point-of-sale system and handle cash responsibly.
Cleanliness and Maintenance: Maintain cleanliness of the food truck, including cooking areas and customer service windows.
Team Collaboration: Work closely with other team members to ensure smooth operations and a cohesive work environment.
Requirements:
Communication Skills: Must be able to communicate effectively with customers and team members.
Presentation: Maintain a neat and professional appearance.
Work Ethic: Demonstrate reliability, punctuality, and a strong commitment to teamwork.
Physical Stamina: Ability to stand for extended periods and perform tasks that require physical activity.
Experience: Previous experience in a restaurant or customer service role is preferred but not required.
