Help us launch our new high-protein Bakery Division
We’re growing at MyFitFoods and are looking for a skilled, experienced baker to help launch and lead our new Bakery division. We’re looking for someone who knows how to run high-volume bakery production, work with protein-based formulas, and grow with us as we expand what we offer.
What You’ll Be Doing
Help creating a baked goods line to complement our already tasty healthy high-protein meals
Producing our current protein muffins along with creating protein waffles, pancakes, and cookies for our Texas market
What We’re Looking For
3–5+ years professional experience in a high-volume bakery setting
Demonstrated experience working with whey, pea protein, collagen, or similar proteins
Prior supervisor or bakery manager experience (you’ll be starting as a one-person team)
ServSafe Manager Certification required
Strong creativity — we aren’t handing you a recipe book, you’ll be helping build it
Self-driven, reliable, and comfortable taking ownership without constant direction
Great communicator and team player as we grow the bakery staff
Comfortable with early morning start times, 5 days/week
Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus but not required
Must be excited about big professional growth and helping build something from the ground up
