Qualifications/Skills:
Restaurant, Hotel, Private Club, experience preferred
Open Table, Resy Platforms proficiency is preferred.
Must be bilingual (English & Spanish)
Have a passion to provide genuine hospitality & continually striving to give the best customer service
Be able to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining great enthusiasm.
Be a team player with a strong work ethic and sense of urgency.
Have strong communication skills and phone etiquette.
Must have availability to work weekends and some mornings.
Neat, well groomed & professional appearance is required as you will be the first face our guest will interact with.
Excellent customer service, time management, and organization skills
punctuality and reliable transportation are also required.
