Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Housekeeper to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring our facilities maintain the highest standards of cleanliness and hospitality. Responsibilities
- Clean and maintain all areas of the rental homes.
-transportation of cleaning team in company provided vehicle to multiple locations.
- Perform floor care duties, including sweeping, mopping, and polishing.
- Manage housekeeping supplies and restock as needed.
- Ensure all guest rooms are prepared to the highest standards of cleanliness and hospitality.
- Monitor and maintain a clean and organized environment, including company vehicle, storage areas and laundry facilities.
- Provide exceptional customer service and respond to guest requests in a timely and professional manner.
- Work effectively as part of a team to achieve cleaning and housekeeping goals.
- Participate in housekeeping management and contribute to the development of cleaning protocols and procedures.
-Performing quality control inspections before release of rental to guest.
Requirements
- Proven experience in housekeeping or a related field, preferably in a hotel or hospitality environment.
- Strong knowledge of cleaning and housekeeping techniques and best practices.
- Ability to lift and carry cleaning equipment and supplies up to 50 pounds.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Experience with industrial cleaning equipment and products.
- Familiarity with housekeeping management and the ability to manage cleaning supplies and schedules.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
- Commitment to delivering exceptional service and exceeding guest expectations.
- Skills in hospitality and housekeeping management.
- Experience in a hotel or industrial cleaning environment.
