Busy pizzeria in Montrose hiring for multiple management level positions.
Opening shift lead job description:
responsible for opening and manage morning shift, includes cash handling proceedures, taking orders, making and fulfilling orders (pizza and salads) for dine-in, to-go and delivery. Must be able to multi-task, handle pressure of multiple orders and a line. Shift lead will have a small team of people to manage and work alongside to fulfill lunch business.
Shift lead is also responsible to ensure all items are ready and prepared for the shift to fulfill orders in a timely manner. Leads may also be responsible for accepting and acknowledging proper deliveries and items within deliveries during some shifts.
Hours: 10-4pm
Part-time/ Full time available
Must be 18 or older to apply for position. Must be available weekends (Friday-Sunday). Must have valid ID, provide proof of work in the US or a valid SS card. Background checks may apply. Prior management experience suggested (1yr +), Hourly Pay. Health Benefits available after 6 months for full time. Employee meals/discounts available. 12 week Training provided.
Closing shift lead job description:
responsible for closing the shift and manage evening shift, includes cash handling proceedures, taking orders, making and fulfilling orders for dine-in, to-go and delivery. Must be able to multi-task, handle pressure of multiple orders and a line. Shift lead will have a team of people to manage and work alongside to fulfill dinner business (3 + people). Lead will work closely with cashier and FOH lead to ensure orders are completed per menu and company standards in a timely manner and customer satisfaction is upheld.
Shift lead is also responsible to ensure all items are ready and prepared for the shift to fulfill orders in a timely manner and to company standards. Leads may also be responsible for accepting and acknowledging proper deliveries and items within deliveries during some shifts. Lead will work closely with their team throughout shift and ensure all items are restocked and closed to health code and company standards at the end of shift.
Hours: 3-10 pm (11 on Fri/Sat)
