We are seeking a motivated and dynamic individual for the position of Manager in Training. This role is designed for those looking to develop their leadership skills within a restaurant environment. As a Manager in Training, you will gain hands-on experience in various aspects of store operations, preparing you for a future management position. You will be responsible for supporting daily operations, driving sales, and ensuring exceptional customer service. This role will require one to master each position in the restaurant before moving on in the training process.

Duties
Learn each position to mastery level.
Assist in managing store operations, including inventory management and stock control. (Long Term Goal)
Help develop and implement strategies to achieve sales targets and improve profitability.
Participate in budgeting processes and monitor expenses to ensure adherence to financial goals.
Support the team in delivering excellent customer service and maintaining high store standards.
Conduct regular inventory checks and assist with ordering stock as needed.
Train and mentor team members on best practices in retail sales and customer engagement.
Manage time effectively to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
Experience
Previous experience in restaurant is preferred but not required.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Familiarity with budgeting, and inventory management is a plus.
Excellent time management skills to ensure efficient operation of daily activities.
Kitchen experience
