Sonoma Wine & Cheese is a neighborhood wine bar and bottle shop in the heart of Katy, offering a cozy, welcoming space where guests gather to enjoy curated wines, beautiful cheese boards, and shareable small plates. We’re currently hiring a Cook to join our team.
About the Position:
– This is not a full-service kitchen—we specialize in crafting beautiful cheese and charcuterie boards
Responsibilities Include:
– Preparing cheese and charcuterie boards, flatbreads, crostini, and other small plates
– Maintaining a clean and organized workspace
– Light dishwashing and kitchen cleanup
– Managing prep and inventory for daily service
– Following food safety and sanitation guidelines
– Supporting the team during events and busy service times
– Maintaining a weekly inventory
What We’re Looking For:
– Experience in a small kitchen, wine bar, or catering-style environment
– Strong plating and prep skills
– Punctual, dependable, and detail-oriented
– Able to work independently and efficiently
Compensation:
– Pay is $16 + tip share
– Part-time or full-time hours available
