General Manager, Assistant Managers, Key Holders
We are looking for talented people who are outgoing, fun, energetic, leaders and coaches with the following experience:
5 or more years of restaurant management experience with tenure.
Outstanding leadership and coaching abilities
High Volume of at least 2 Million a year in sales
Must have Bar experience & Kitchen experience
Excellent communication and people skills
The ability to hire, develop and motivate hourly employees
Provide our guest with quality food and exceptional service while entertaining the guest.
You must be able to demonstrate the ability to create and communicate a vision.
Hold yourself accountable to personal standards of conduct and professionalism.
Respect for individuals (customers, vendors, and employees).
Flexible in approach, can readily adapt to business and team needs and changes.
You must be able to work days, nights, and on weekends as required.
Work in a noisy, fast paced environment with distracting conditions.
Move about facility and stand for long period of time.
Lift and carry up to 30lbs.
