Monarca Modern Mexican Cocina is a Steakhouse oriented restaurant with a fresh take on Mexican classic dishes and flavors. Blending the spirit and essence of Mexican food with current culinary trends and techniques.
La Nonna a high end panini and salad shop composed of fresh ingredients and house baked Schiacciata.
Available Front of House Positions: Hostess, Server, Bartender, Barback, AM Manager, PM Manager
Available Back of House Positions: Line Cook, Prep cooks,
Requirements:
The position requires attention to detail, follow through and the ability to multitask and prioritize.
Properly orchestrate all opening and closing duties pertaining to but not limited to the specific position. Assist as directed in all operational side-work duties.
Seriously interested candidates must be passionate, organized, hard-working and self-motivated. Candidates must also have a strong desire to learn and grow in addition to strong communication skills and is a team player.
