Wanderstay Boutique Hotel, a cozy 10-room property in Houston’s East End, is seeking energetic and positive individuals to join our team. At Wanderstay, your dedication and skills are highly valued, and we’re committed to rewarding your hard work.
Position: Part-Time Front Desk Agent
Weekly Schedule: 15–25 hours/week
Pay: $14 per hour

Key Responsibilities
Guest Services: Greet guests warmly, manage check-ins and check-outs, verify identification, and process payments with accuracy and professionalism.
Customer Experience: Deliver personalized service, address questions, resolve issues, and handle special requests to ensure each guest has an exceptional stay.
Reservations: Manage bookings, cancellations, and modifications through the hotel’s reservation system.
Communication: Act as a liaison between guests and various departments (housekeeping, maintenance, and management) to ensure seamless communication and service delivery.
Local Expertise: Provide guests with recommendations for dining, entertainment, and attractions in East Downtown
Houston
Skills & Qualifications:
High school diploma or GED required.
Strong customer service and problem-solving skills.
Attention to detail and ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
Positive attitude and a willingness to learn.
