Greetings!
We're looking for a spunky, charismatic, engaging leader with intuitive, innovation, and a driving will to help us run and improve our small restaurant operation into our next phase of expansion (English and Spanish preferred but not necessary). As of now, our little operation has six 5- tops and one-6 top tables with four 6-top picnic tables in the patio area. At full capacity, two experienced servers can easily run the front of the house. Our future plans are to close the patio area, turn in into a small intimate catina, and open a outdoor patio area with a stage for live music, surrounding container bars to serve high volume drinks. Experience in the arts of food & beverage is a must to help run our operation.
Your tasks would include (but aren't limited to), Opening and closing along with their duties, taking togo orders, serving tables, limited food prepping, making aguas frescas, some cleaning duties, and making reports.
We would start your probationary period pay at $10/hr with a dollar raise after every 3 month mark until you reach $15. Milestones and goals must also be met. The base pay is very fair, as we have a steady returning client base that offers generous gratuity as long as you provide excellent server service, especially on the weekends. After the probationary period, we will offer a competitive salary wage.
