The Details
Positions: Servers, Bar Backs, Bussers, Bartenders
Schedule: Late-night (shifts roughly 5PM–2AM; start times vary based on events and volume)
Location: Fancy's HTX
Compensation: Competitive hourly + tips, with opportunities for advancement
What We’re Looking For
Proven experience in high-volume, fast-paced environments — nightclubs, lounges, or restaurants with strong bar programs.
A working knowledge of both food and cocktail menus, with the ability to describe, pair, and upsell confidently.
Professionalism under pressure — grace, hustle, and genuine hospitality.
Team-first attitude. We move as one.
Flexible availability for nights, weekends, and special events.
