Your Responsibilities:
Be a Guest Guru! Welcome and seat guests with a smile, making them feel like VIPs from the moment they walk in.
Take food and drink orders accurately, offering recommendations and upselling our signature dishes and cocktails.
Deliver food and beverages promptly, ensuring top-notch presentation and quality.
Keep tables clean, organized, and ready for the next round of happy guests.
Be a Customer Champ! Address any guest concerns or complaints with grace and efficiency, turning any frown upside down.
Collaborate with fellow waitstaff, bartenders, and kitchen crew to ensure seamless service.

Qualifications
Must have a good command of the English language.
1yr. Minimum experience as a waitress in high-volume restaurants is preferred.
Strong customer service skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor.
Excellent verbal communication skills for effective interaction with guests and team members.
Keen attention to detail to ensure orders are accurate and guests’ needs are met.
Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
Ability to stand for long periods, carry heavy trays, and navigate a busy dining area.
