What We’re Looking For:
- Passion for Wine: A genuine interest in wine, from the vineyard to the glass.
- Customer Service Skills: Ability to engage with guests, making their visit enjoyable and educational.
- Experience: Previous experience in a wine bar, restaurant, or similar setting is preferred, but we’re willing to train the right person.
- Team Player: Someone who thrives in a collaborative environment and contributes to a positive workplace culture.
What You’ll Do:
- Guide guests through our wine offerings, sharing insights about the winemaking process and vineyard sites.
- Ensure that every guest leaves with a smile, whether they’re enjoying a glass at the bar or taking a bottle home.
- Follow closing protocols, maintaining professionalism and making sure the environment is clean and inviting for all guests.
- Support special events and wine tastings, helping to create a welcoming and educational experience.
