What You'll Do:
Prepare dishes especially signature sandwiches and snacks according to Winnie's recipes and quality standards.
Stock and maintain your workstation for smooth service.
Keep your station and the kitchen clean, organized, and up to code.
Work efficiently in a bustling environment to deliver dishes in a timely fashion.
Uphold food safety and sanitation protocols at all times.
Assist with prep tasks, restocking, and inventory as needed.
Collaborate with front-of-house and kitchen teams to maintain seamless service flow, especially during busy happy hours and peak periods.
Who You Are:
At least 1 year of experience in a professional kitchen, preferred.
Comfortable in a fast-paced, high-energy environment such as Winnie's lively bar and sandwich atmosphere.
Detail-oriented, reliable, and flexible with hours, including evenings and weekends.
Passionate about cooking and committed to quality.
Food Handler s Certification or willingness to obtain one.
