Responsibilities include:Supporting daily operations activities. Prepares and monitors invoices and expense reports. Develops procedures and policies for office activities, such as filing, records maintenance. Typing, word processing, faxing and mail distribution. Supervises office activities to achieve maximum expense control and productivity. Serves as liaison between technician and clients and schedules appointments. Responsible for the maintenance of office equipment and supplies. Receiving/making phone calls to customers. Follow up on service calls and progress. Interacting with other locations throughout the country. Handling report generation. Works under minimal supervision. Relies on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals. Proper phone calls handling. Customer service oriented.
Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent with 2-5 years of experience in an administrative capacity or related area. Previous administrative experience. Knowledge of commonly-used concepts, practices, and procedures. Computer proficiency with strong Microsoft Office skills. Strong communication, organizational and multi-tasking skills and highly computer literate. Extensive phone answering, can work under a fast pace environment. Previous medical office experience is a plus.
