Job Title: Front Desk
Looking for an experienced and energetic front desk coordinator to join our family.
We use OPEN DENTAL , so experience with this software is a requirement.
We are looking for someone who is a team player . Our ideal candidate must have following qualifications:
-Bilingual (Spanish and English)
- Dental Assistant Certification is a huge plus
-Self Motivated
-Organized and detailed
-Exceptional customer service skills
-Friendly demeanor at all times
-Knowledge of insurance verification
-Ability to schedule and coordinate appointments
-Ability to present treatment plans
-Has great phone etiquette
-Worked in the dental field before
-Can complete tasks with little supervision
REQUIREMENT:
At least 2 years of DENTAL experience is needed.
