Hiring a Chiropractic Assistant (CA) to join our fast-growing Southwest Houston team. This role supports our doctors, enhances patient experience, and helps keep the clinic running smoothly with professionalism, compassion, and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet and check in patients, ensuring an exceptional experience from start to finish
Assist chiropractors with patient flow, therapies, and preparing treatment rooms
Perform modalities as trained (massage, stim, ultrasound, traction, heat/ice, etc.)
Schedule appointments, answer phone calls, verify treatment times, and support daily clinic operations
Maintain accurate notes, patient logs, and basic documentation
Support personal-injury cases by helping organize forms, records, and communication with law firms
Keep the clinic clean, organized, and fully stocked
Qualifications
Prior medical or chiropractic office experience preferred, but we are willing to train
Strong communication, customer service, and multitasking skills
Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with high patient volume
Reliable, professional, and team-oriented
Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus
Must be able to work the full clinic schedule
