If you are a compassionate, caring, Certified Nurse Aide (CNA) with a Certified Medication Aide Certification and are looking for a truly rewarding position, we would like to talk with you. We have an immediate team opening for a CMA in the 77095 zip code. Typical CNA/CMA job duties, assisting residents, light housekeeping, cooking/cleaning. This position may periodically require working some weekend hours. This position can turn into an Assistant Manager Role for the right candidate.
This is a full-time position, not a part-time position
The assignment is to provide assistance with general CNA/CMA functions.
The candidates MUST have:
1) Valid Texas CNA Certification & CMA Certification
2) Texas Drivers License
3) Valid CPR Certification
4) TB Skin Test / Chest X-Ray (within the last 12 months)
5) Reliable transportation with valid insurance
The selected candidates MUST have a minimum of 2 years of verifiable health care experience, with at least one year working one on one with patients with memory loss diseases, along with a reliable mode of transportation. All CNA's and CMA's MUST know how to use a Blood Pressure Cuff, Stethoscope, and a gait belt, and be able to demonstrate how to use these basic tools during the first interview.
