Executive Director - Sundale Senior Living - Huntsville, TX

Role Overview

Are you ready to lead a growing, family-owned senior living community in Huntsville, TX? As Executive Director, you’ll oversee every aspect of resident care and operations—building a top-notch team, ensuring exceptional living experiences, and shaping processes in a hands-on environment. You’ll have the freedom to innovate to find best practices, backed by supportive ownership that values your vision.

Who Is the Ideal Candidate?

You’re a flexible, hands-on leader who can easily shift between strategic planning, daily problem-solving and collaborating closely with the owners, all while staying calm under pressure. You thrive on constructive coaching and feedback and have a natural talent for building genuine relationships with staff, residents, and families alike. Above all, you’re looking for a place to call home long-term, where you can leverage your proven track record in assisted living management and help us achieve strong occupancy and resident satisfaction.

What’s in It for You?

By joining our team, you’ll have the unique opportunity to grow alongside a family-owned business that values your input and empowers you to shape how things are done. You’ll be able to influence processes, implement best practices you’ve picked up along the way, and be a key player in our community’s success story. If you’re looking to avoid the rigid structure of a large corporation and instead be part of a dynamic, collaborative environment, we’d love to meet you.
