Home Care Bilingual Service Supervisor (Pearland)

Position Summary:
The Home Care Service Supervisor will oversee the daily operations of our home care services, ensuring that clients receive the highest standard of care. This role involves managing a team of caregivers, coordinating care plans, and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and support caregivers in the delivery of client care.
Develop and implement individualized care plans in collaboration with clients and their families.
Monitor and evaluate the quality of care provided to clients.
Conduct regular training and performance evaluations for caregivers.
Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations and company policies.
Manage scheduling and staffing to meet client needs.
Address client and caregiver concerns in a timely and professional manner.
Maintain accurate records and documentation of care services and incidents.
Collaborate with healthcare professionals and community resources to enhance client care.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in-social work, or a related field preferred.
Minimum of 1 year of experience in home care or a related field.
Previous supervisory or management experience is a plus.
Strong knowledge of home care regulations and best practices.
Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Must have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
