About Us:
Our community-based group home in Houston provides compassionate, person-centered care to elderly and disabled residents in a safe and supportive environment. We are currently seeking a (In Home Care Giver) with experience who is bilingual in English and Spanish to join our caregiving team.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide personal care assistance (bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, mobility support).
Prepare and serve meals according to dietary needs.
Perform light housekeeping duties to maintain a clean and organized home.
Monitor residents
Offer companionship and encourage engagement in daily activities.
Communicate effectively with residents and staff in both English and Spanish.
Follow all safety, health, and infection control procedures.
Qualifications:
Bilingual in English and Spanish (preferred).
Prior In home caregiver experience (preferred).
Compassionate, dependable, and team-oriented.
Schedule & Pay:
Full time shift
