Responsibilities:
Utilize your active life and health insurance license to provide support in client retention and administrative tasks.
Engage with existing clients to ensure their satisfaction and address any questions or concerns related to their insurance coverage.
Assist in renewals and policy updates, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in all administrative processes.
Collaborate with the sales team to provide exceptional customer service, fostering strong relationships with clients.
Handle documentation, data entry, and organization of client records with a keen eye for detail.
Provide prompt responses to client inquiries via phone, email, or other communication channels.
Requirements:
Active life and health insurance license is a must.
Proven experience in the insurance industry, with a focus on client retention and administration.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and connect with clients.
Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail to ensure accuracy in administrative tasks.
Proficient computer skills and experience with relevant software applications.
