Position Overview:
We are seeking compassionate and reliable Caregivers to join our team. The ideal candidate has prior experience caring for seniors and assisting with activities of daily living (ADLs). Caregivers play a vital role in ensuring the comfort, dignity, and safety of our residents.
Responsibilities:
Assist residents with daily personal care needs, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
Support residents with mobility, transfers, and ambulation
Provide companionship and encourage engagement in activities
Monitor residents’ well-being and promptly report changes to nursing staff
Cooking, feeding assistance, and light housekeeping as needed
Maintain accurate documentation of care provided
Follow safety and infection control procedures
Qualifications:
Must be legal to work in the U.S.
Must have a compassionate heart to work with seniors
Non smoking and non drinking
Must have reliable transportation and be punctual to work.
Prior caregiving experience a plus, preferably in assisted living, memory care, or senior care
Must pass background check and health screening requirements
