Our clinic is looking for a Medical Assistant to help our Doctor with a variety of office and patient care tasks. Your primary responsibilities are to schedule patients, answer phones calls and e-mails, verify insurance and other payments methods, greet patients as they walk into the office, prepare treatment rooms and assist with treatment. We work with a variety of patients including professional and amateur athletes, weekend warriors, and active adults in the area. This is a hands on job and will require training and education training each year.
- We are looking for someone with strong customer service and team work skills. He or she needs to be self-motivated. We have plenty of work in our office when patients are not being seen.
Candidate will work four-day week.
- No experience necessary but preferred, we will train the right candidate (paid training).
Starting pay is 16.50 with a raise after 90 days.
300 bonus is available for signing on after training is complete.
Candidate is eligible for bonus pay every three months
Candidate will receive benefits after training period including insurance.
Full time and part time position available.
