Job Type:
Full-Time: Monday - Thursday(8:30am - 5:00pm); Friday (8:30am - 2pm)
Compensation:
Pay is based on experience and open to discussion

Job Duties and Requirements:
Assist dentist with all procedures
Assist hygiene when needed
Prepare, maintain, and sterilize instruments and equipment
Assist in maintaining the daily schedule
Prepare and break down treatment rooms
Record and review medical history
Perform diagnostic quality digital x-rays, intraoral pictures, CBCT and Pano
Chart existing and recommended treatment
Inventory management
Willingness to be cross-trained in the front office as needed
Providing post-treatment and/or operative care to patients
Assist with other office duties as requested or needed
Qualifications:
Organized with good time-management skills for a smooth work-flow
Experienced at 4-handed dentistry a plus
Good verbal and communication skills
We are a paperless office so strong computer skills is a must
Excellent customer service skills
Ability to present treatment plans and talk money with patients
Team player - open to communication and self-improvement
Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment
Knowledge of how to use Open Dental is a plus
Ability to use iTero intra oral scanner and CBCT
Education & Background Requirements:
Texas registration certificate for dental assistants
Current CPR certification
Nitrous certification a plus
At least 5yrs experience is preferred
