- must have home care or home health experience or previous caregiving experience, medical assistant experience
- experience working in an office setting and staffing experience
- work independently and self motivated
- be organized and follow through with tasks
-must be prompt, quick to learn and organized and timely
- teachable and coachable
- understands and documents well
- Able to multi-tasks for different projects
- professional in appearance, articulates well, written proficiency and gets along well with staff and clients
- builds rapport with client and staff
- heavy use of computer, email, microsoft office
- share on-call after hours
- sets examples for others to follow.
