Job Title: Senior Mold Analyst

Job Summary:
SEEML is seeking a knowledgeable and experienced Senior Mold Analyst to join our team of environmental microbiology professionals. This role involves leading complex mold analyses, ensuring quality control, interpreting data, and supporting our clients with timely and accurate results. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in microbiology or environmental sciences and bring a detail-oriented, analytical mindset to our growing laboratory.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform microscopic analysis of mold and fungal samples collected from air, surface, and bulk materials.
Lead quality control procedures to ensure accuracy and reliability of lab results.
Maintain accurate records of samples, testing procedures, and laboratory findings.
Collaborate with customer service and client support teams to address inquiries or concerns regarding sample results.
Stay updated on industry standards, regulatory changes, and advancements in fungal and microbiological analysis.
Ensure laboratory compliance with ISO standards and other accreditation requirements.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Microbiology, Environmental Science, Biology, or a related field.
Familiarity with air sampling techniques and indoor air quality assessments.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
