About the Role

We’re seeking a warm, organized, and proactive individual to join our team as a Front Desk Wellness Coordinator. This is more than a reception role—you’ll be the face and energy of our clinic. From welcoming clients with a smile to supporting the flow of treatments, you’ll help create a seamless, restorative experience for every guest who walks through our doors. You’ll also play a hands-on role in maintaining the cleanliness and integrity of our wellness space, including assisting with our signature colon hydrotherapy treatments.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome clients and guide them through their visit with professionalism and care
- Answer phone calls, manage bookings via Zenoti software, and respond to emails/inquiries
- Maintain a clean, calm, and organized reception and lounge area
- Assist with colon hydrotherapy sessions, including (1) Room setup and breakdown (2) Proper cleaning and sanitizing of the LIBBE colon hydrotherapy equipment between clients (training provided)
- Support intake form processing and help ensure compliance with all protocols
- Educate clients on our services and membership options
- Monitor stock of retail and treatment supplies; communicate inventory needs
- Support occasional administrative tasks, team coordination, or content updates
Qualifications
- Experience in customer service or wellness/front desk roles preferred
- Comfortable discussing wellness services in a professional and approachable manner
- Strong attention to detail and hygiene standards
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced, client-focused environment
- Friendly, proactive, and team-oriented attitude
- Interest in wellness, detox, holistic health, or biohacking a plus
- Willingness to be trained in sanitation protocols for colon hydrotherapy equipment
Schedule & Compensation
- Part-time/Full-time, daytime weekends, including weekends
