Primary job responsibility is to monitor activities of auto glass repair technicians, sales, and the repair of windshields, while reporting to upper management.
Windshield Repair - Experience Not Necessary - Will Train

Provide training, feedback and follow up on repair skills for sales/csr team members. Act as leader on duty on a rotating basis, by responding to guest and team member concerns, opening and closing the business and ensuring all Patsco property and personnel are secure.
40-45 hour work week
Salary $21.00 - $25.00 per hour
Management Experience: 10 Years
