Job Type: Full-time, In-Person

Salary: Starting from $40,000.00 per year + Bonus Opportunities

Schedule: Monday to Friday, Weekends as needed

Job Description:

This in-person role is designed for someone ready to take charge of our recruitment process and ensure our office operations are seamless. Responsibilities include engaging with candidates, facilitating the recruitment cycle, administrative management, and supporting our office environment. Your role is crucial in driving the efficiency of our HR initiatives and keeping our workspace organized.

Key Responsibilities:

-Direct engagement with potential candidates and comprehensive management of the recruitment cycle.

-Weekly analysis of recruitment metrics and maintenance of an up-to-date candidate database.

-Coordination of interviews and administrative responsibilities such as onboarding and records management.

-Office management duties, including supply management and event coordination, to maintain a positive work atmosphere.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

-Exceptional communication skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

-Strong organizational capabilities, keen attention to detail, and multitasking in a dynamic setting.

-A commitment to maintaining confidentiality and high ethical standards.

-Bilingual (Spanish fluency) is highly regarded.
