Responsable del mantenimiento general de las habitaciones y áreas públicas de Western Inn.
· Limpiar y reparar las habitaciones y / o áreas públicas asignadas de manera oportuna y organizada de acuerdo con los procedimientos y normas.
· Remplazar las habitaciones y baños con comodidades, suministros, ropa de cama y toallas de acuerdo con los estándares de la marca.
· Responda a las solicitudes de los huéspedes de manera rápida y amigable, así como informe las quejas o solicitudes de los clientes a los departamentos correspondientes.
· Reporte las solicitudes de reparación al Supervisor o al Departamento de mantenimiento de acuerdo con los procedimientos del hotel.
· Mantener carros y suministros de lino, organizados según los estándares del hotel.
· Reportar artículos perdidos y encontrados al Supervisor.
· Mantener la seguridad de los equipos, llaves y suministros emitidos cada día.
· Mantenga una apariencia profesional, ordenada y ordenada de acuerdo con los estándares de la marca y el hotel.
· Realiza otras tareas relacionadas con el trabajo según lo asignado.

Job Description
Responsible for the general housekeeping of guest rooms and public areas of Western Inn.
· Clean and service assigned guest rooms and/or public areas in a timely and organized manner according to procedures and standards.
· Replenish guest rooms and baths with amenities, supplies and linen and terry in accordance with brand standards.
· Respond to guest requests in a quick and friendly manner as well as report guest complains or requests to appropriate departments.
· Report requests for repairs to Lead, Supervisor or Maintenance Department in accordance with hotel procedures.
· Maintain linen carts and supplies, organized to Hotel standards.
· Report lost and found articles to Supervisor.
· Maintain security of equipment, keys and supplies issued each day.
· Maintain a professional, neat and organized appearance in accordance with Hotel and Brand standards.
· Performs other job-related duties as assigned.

Requirements/ Qualifications:

Maintenance needed

Maintain, Repair, Troubleshoot Performs repairs, troubleshooting, routes and preventive maintenance on various equipment, buildings, and utility systems using one or more craft trade skills. Maintains records of materials, jobs, and other pertinent information.
Notify management of all recognized equipment repairs.
Clean and maintain equipment and work areas.
Applies basic craft knowledge and skills by following work instructions to:
Repair or replace ceiling grids and tiles.
HVAC initial response for hot/cold calls, odors, exhaust issues, repair or support to replace equipment, etc.
Plumbing initial response to unclog water closets, sinks, shut off fixture stops, use sewer machines on floor drains, replace faucets, valves and fixtures, etc.
Electrical tasks such as clean/replace light diffusers, replace lamps and ballasts, switches and receptacles, etc.
Assist with preventive maintenance as required by the assigned tasks.
Manage all assigned work orders to be completed as per schedules.
All completed work meets professional standards of cleanliness, maintenance and safety in accordance with work instructions
Knowledge about the building and utility systems. Engage in collaborative efforts by team members from all craft shops to resolve problems and repair/upgrade deficiencies in the utility systems.
Interprets and works from instructions, blueprints, sketches and diagrams in the installation of electrical systems. May coordinate the workflow of technicians and mechanics. May assist with outage Investigations. Participates in process improvement initiatives.
Respond to customer calls Respond to customer calls and provide customer services. Communicate on an ongoing basis with customers and clients to determine current status of deliverables and to learn about customer needs.
