We are seeking an experienced Assistance Maintenance Technician for our property at Champion Oaks in Houston, TX.
This is a Full Time position.
Job Requirement
MINIMUM of 2+ years prior maintenance experience working in the multi-site and residential industry
HVAC Certification REQUIRED
Must have experience with Plumbing, Electrical, Appliance Repair and Pools
Assist with various projects as assigned by Lead Maintenance Manager
Assist with completing service requests
Assist team with make readies and upgrading apartments
Must be willing to be on call per schedule and alternate schedule
Must provide own tools and have reliable transportation
