Ravello Apartments is looking for an Apartment Maintenance Tech for our 240 unit apartment community on League City Parkway.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
Service Tickets for Air Conditioning, Plumbing, Electricity, Make Ready, etc
Supervise Make Ready team and assist as necessary
Daily trash pick up
Daily pool clean and chemicals check
Remove trash from vacant apartment homes
Clean clubhouse and community public areas
Assist with Make Ready and Service tickets as needed
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
5+ years apartment experience
2+ years as Apartment Maintenance Tech
HVAC / EPA certification
Must be able to work Monday through Friday 8:30AM - 5:30PM
Must be available to work On-Call on weekends
Must be able to work effectively without constant supervision
